White Sauce for Silverside

1 cup juices from pot
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 sugar
1tsp powdered mustard
2tsps cornflour

Place juices, vinegar and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil. Add mustard powder and cornflour together and mix with liquid. Sauce should thicken.

This has a very deceiving taste, as when you first taste the sauce you think too sweet for silverside. Its just the opposite its leaves you wanting more, even my husband who doesn't like sweet sauces went back for more. Its the perfect match and well worth the surprise of the flavor.
